We don't guarantee the delivery terms for the standard shipping option!!

!!! NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE ISSUED DUE TO THE DELIVERY DELAYS BECAUSE IT'S OUT OF OUR REACH AND INFLUENCE !!!

If you need your order before certain date please put the key date in the note to order.
Delivery tems are guaranteed only for the speed shipping options like DHL, Fedex or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges policy apply:
- If the dress is damaged of the way
- If the dress is wrong color
- If the dress is wrong style

Returns and exanges are NOT issued:
- If the dress is made by your custom measurements
- If you've picked the wrong size ( our exact size table is presented in every listing)
- If you don't like the color or you've expected other hint (The shade that you see of the photo depends on your monitor settings and this part is out of our control)
- You want to return the dress by other reasons then noted in the shop policy.
